About the event
A gentle 2-hour experience designed to help you quiet the mind, reconnect with your inner child, and restore a sense of calm and safety within.
You’ll be guided through a safe meditation-based inner child journey to explore and soften patterns rooted in early experiences, combined with a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls to support integration and full-body reset.
*bring anything to help you get comfortable: yoga mats, blankets, pillows, etc.
** mats/blankets available to borrow if needed (first come first serve)
