Slow down, get cozy, and enjoy a relaxing evening of movement, movies, and community.

As the sun sets over the red rock cliffs, we’ll begin a family-friendly feel-good movie while enjoying light guided stretching throughout the film to help your body release tension and unwind. No yoga experience is needed—this evening is designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and accessible for everyone.

Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you feel cozy as we transform the space into a relaxed movie lounge.

After the movie, anyone who wishes to stay is invited to enjoy a 30-minute sound bath to gently close the evening and leave you feeling calm and grounded.
